Conway Davies is an experienced and respected historian who enjoys the opportunity to share their his love and knowledge of Wales with travellers looking for that little bit extra from their visit.
Conway is a Welsh speaker who is steeped in the musical and oral culture of Wales. He is president of a mixed choir and also of the South West Wales Historical Association. A keen sportsman, he is an authority on the social history of Wales over the last two hundred years. Known as a charismatic and entertaining lecturer and speaker Conway has worked in secondary and higher education across Wales; and is currently a senior lecturer in history in the University of Wales. He recently took a leading part in Under Milk Wood by Dylan Thomas performed in Laugharne.
