How to book
Day tours, Weekend breaks, and Longer Tours can be booked online and any queries can be dealt with by leaving email at or by telephoning. Day tours can be booked by calling or by booking at the address shown on the web page.
For child bookings please contact for availability of places and any requirements that need to be met to suit the child.
Customised tours need to be discussed and booked by speaking to or leaving information on the website booking page, and must be paid in full at least four weeks in advance.
You may place your booking on-line or by telephone, post or fax. Your holiday reservations will be made upon receipt of your deposit of £50 per person. Your deposit is non-refundable and will only be returned in the event that your chosen holiday is fully booked. The balance of payment will be due four weeks prior to your holiday commencement date. In the event of booking within four weeks of the commencement date of your holiday, the whole cost of the holiday is payable with confirmation of booking. Your place is guaranteed once all the monies have been received.
Credit cards
We accept all major debit cards and Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
Payments
All payments to Insight 2 Wales Ltd., tours need to be fully paid at least four weeks in advance of the tour unless it is a day tour. For day tours please follow instructions on line for details of payment.
Any cheques must be payable to Insight Wales Ltd. and must be presented at least 4 weeks before the actual tour date.

Cancellations
Insight 2 Wales Ltd. reserve the right to cancel a tour if the minimum number of people booked on to any one tour are not sold, if this is the case the customers booked on these tours will be informed and appropriate reparations will be made.
Cancellation of tours by the customer
Insight 2 Wales Ltd., reserve the right to charge a percentage of the tour cost from the customer should they choose to cancel a tour, all cancellations should be received as written notification. The charges are as follows:-
For notification more than 30 days before the tour there will be a £50 administration fee.
For 30-15 days the customer will charged 50% of the tour costs.
For 14-5 days before the tour the customer will be charged 75% of the tour costs.
For 4 days to the day of departure the customer will be charged 100% of the tour costs.
The company reserves the right to refuse any individual whose manner or conduct causes offence or upset to any of the other customer on the tour. In this case the person discharged from the tour will be charged the 100% of the tour costs and Insight 2 Wales Ltd. will not be liable for that passenger.
Alterations
Insight 2 Wales Ltd. reserve the right to change or modify any of the tours listed without prior notice.
Insight 2 Wales Ltd. reserve the right to change the guides advertised for the tours at any time without prior arrangement.
Insurance
Insight 2 Wales Ltd. as a company have full public liability insurance; although we will not be liable for customer’s personal belongings, property or private vehicles should they chose to bring them on the tour.
Insight 2 Wales Ltd. recommends that the customer take a personal holiday insurance to cover personal belongings and property for the duration of the tour.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed on the buses, and the cafes and hotels allow smoking at their own discretion, however wherever possible stops will be made for customer who wish to smoke.
Images
All images and the Insight 2 Wales Ltd., logo belong to the site and the Insight 2 Wales Ltd Company and therefore cannot be used or reproduced without prior permission
Force Majeure
Insight 2 Wales Ltd. does not accept any liability for any loss, inconvenience or damage caused by war, threat of war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disaster, fires, sickness, weather conditions, airport regulations, temporary, technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown of transport or any facilities contained within advertised accommodation, explosion of any nuclear plant or part thereof or radioactivity/contamination arsing from such or event beyond control of Insight 2 Wales Ltd the company.
